Hello and welcome to Life As Eesha!

My name is Alecia (AKA Eesha).

I am a stay at home mom to a beautiful boy and fur baby. Here is where I share my travel and life adventures. In my free time you can find me playing with my son and dog, being outdoors, doing some type of creative activity, or planning my families next adventure.

A huge part of my life is making sure my family uses the most natural and organic ingredients possible. Years ago I decided that I would make all of our soap and lotions, and whatever skin products we needed. I am proud to say that we haven’t used anything store bought in about 7 years.

My boyfriend and I have traveled around the world and through many States. We have a lot of adventures we love to share with people. Some are fun, and some are crazy. The travel blog will consist of ‘Tops #’s’, ‘Best Places”, and stories of our experiences, NO MATTER HOW CRAZY THEY ARE. We also love to hike, camp, and go berry picking. (I know of some awesome berry locations). I can’t wait to take my son out and teach him about nature.

Most of my hobbies are of the artistic side. I love to crochet, make jewelry, make dream catchers, and bead. When I became pregnant with my son, I started making teddy bears for him. Now, I love making different kinds of stuffed animals. They are so cute! Beading and jewelry making came to my naturally. I started with native beading, then expanded to making larger stone jewelry. Dream catchers have always been a favorite of mine. I usually get to personalize them for different people and make them unique.

As far as I know, most everybody loves food. In our travels, we have found many awesome restaurants and have had a ton of amazing food. We also love creating great meals at home. I mainly enjoy baking. Part of the food blog will be recipes we have come up with, and the other is places we have enjoyed food.

You ever get that feeling like you are doing exactly what you were meant to do? That is how I feel with becoming a mom. It has been quick a journey, from the pregnancy to now. I would never change a thing and I would say I am blessed to be my son’s mommy. The ‘Mom Blog’ part will contain my experiences, products we use, and anything else regarding family and being a mom. It is still new to me and I learn something new everyday!

Also! (This is something I just decided to do!) I will have a page of local businesses near me that you can support. Most of them are small companies ran by amazing people. If you are able to check them out, or even just share them, you would be helping out a lot!
